I would just like to give this company a 5-star review for the help and advice from Charlie in helping us select the flooring and there by saved us a lot of money to what we were looking with no compromise on quality. When it came to doing the sub flooring and the fitting of the actual flooring well the guys are so professional all fully qualified Karndean fitters very polite very helpful and nice guys. I could not recommend this company highly enough. They will get all my future business.
Thank you.

Parsons were very competitive and Charlie helped refine the design. They levelled the whole ground floor which ensured that the flooring was perfectly flat with no bumps or blemished.
The fitter took real pride in his work and the quality of the finished installation was exceptional.

Definitely recommend their services. Great communication throughout. Even when we were on holiday, they took the initiative to help with measurements and schedule the installation date for us. We have to move into the house in short time and they managed to finished all the jobs before the set date. Brilliant team and job well done.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Charlie measured & brought samples, kept in touch really well, kept to schedule (in fact brought it forward by agreement) and very reasonable price. Fitting done superbly by the team with no damage to paintwork and excellent clean up. 100% recommend.

Thank you for an excellent job laying Karndean and underfloor heating through several rooms as part of our kitchen refurbishment.
Not an easy ask to replace tiles and wood flooring across the uneven base of several rooms, but the results are fantastic and ready for the next phase.

Brilliant service and communication from Parsons Flooring. Jake came to lay carpet and vinyl flooring in our extension, contacted us back in really good time to give us a choice of dates and to ensure we had everything we needed as well as give us quotes for the rooms. The floors were done really well and in excellent time. Highly recommended and we will be using Parsons Flooring again in the future!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the team, especially Charlie for your friendly, efficient and helpful approach, and also for your commendable patience in the face of our dithering and delays. It will not escape your notice that we have a house full of carpets that will need replacing at some point – we know where you are!

Thank you very much for an excellent job in fitting new carpets to my lounge, dining room, hall, stairs and landing. You were very professional and prompt in providing us with a quotation and booking the job in. You gave me excellent advice regarding the damp problem in my dining room. Your carpet fitters arrived on time and were both courteous and hard working – we were impressed. My wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending you or your company to others.

We are delighted with our new wood floor. We have had so many people ask us where we got it from and who did the fitting. So, hopefully you may be getting some extra trade. Thanks again

I had to write to thank you for the excellent service your company provided in renewing our kitchen flooring. At the initial meeting you took much time in talking us through the various options available. Having handled various samples and listened to your valuable advice, we made our selection. The new floor was laid last week and I have to express my delight in the way the work was carried out. Your team were courteous and tidy and the job was completed with the minimum fuss and bother. The finished floor looks brilliant. Please pass on our thanks to all those involved. I shall have no hesitation in recommending you to my friends and colleagues.
